AI-Generated Content Acceptable Use

These rules apply to prompts, reference images, and any content generated, edited, uploaded, shared, or publicly displayed through the service. You must not use the service to create or distribute:

  1. Sexual or NSFW Content: Pornographic or sexually explicit content, non-consensual intimate imagery, or other material intended for sexual gratification.
  2. Violence or Gore: Graphic depictions of severe injury, mutilation, or death, or content that glorifies or incites real-world violence.
  3. Hate Speech: Content that promotes hatred, dehumanization, discrimination, or violence against people based on protected characteristics.
  4. Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM): Any sexualized depiction, exploitation, grooming, or endangerment of a minor, whether real or synthetic. We apply zero tolerance to this category.
  5. Deepfakes or Impersonation: Non-consensual realistic depictions of an identifiable person, or impersonation intended to deceive, defraud, harass, exploit, or misrepresent someone's identity.
  6. Copyright or Trademark Infringement: Content that infringes or facilitates infringement of copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights, including use of material you do not have permission to use.

Content Moderation

Our AI service providers may apply automated safeguards to inputs and outputs and may reject requests under their own safety rules. We may also review publicly displayed content and valid reports using the submitted evidence and available account, prompt, task, and output records. Not all content is manually reviewed before it is generated or displayed. Reviews consider the content's context, severity, applicable law, this policy, and relevant patterns of prior activity.

Reporting Violations

Report suspected violations through support@aiphotoeditorpro.com. When possible, include the content URL or task identifier, screenshots, the suspected prohibited category, and an explanation of the concern. If you are reporting an infringement of your own rights, include information reasonably sufficient to identify the protected work or person and your relationship to it. We may request additional information when needed to assess the report.

Enforcement Actions

Depending on the severity, context, and frequency of a violation, we may reject or stop a generation request, remove or restrict access to publicly displayed content, issue a warning, limit service features or account access, suspend or terminate access to the service, preserve relevant records, or report suspected illegal conduct to competent authorities when required by law. Severe or repeated violations may result in immediate or escalated action. Reports are reviewed individually, and we take measures we consider reasonable and proportionate to the circumstances.
